Systems

Three layers, built as one engine.

Every layer is a piece of infrastructure you own and can run without us. The reason to build all three together is that they share one data model: discovery tells media what to say, media tells GTM who is paying attention, and GTM tells discovery what buyers actually search for.

01

Discovery Infrastructure

Being found is now two problems, not one. Search engines index pages; assistants synthesise answers and cite a handful of sources. A site can rank well and still never be the answer. We build for both, starting from the questions buyers actually type and the pages that can win them.

  • Technical foundation: crawlability, rendering, Core Web Vitals, internal linking.
  • Information architecture built around buyer questions rather than company structure.
  • Structured data and machine-readable files so assistants can parse and cite you.
  • Answer-engine visibility tracked per query, not guessed from rank.
  • Conversion paths on every page that earns traffic, because traffic without a next step is overhead.

02

Media & Distribution

Most content operations fail on production, not ideas. We build the pipeline that turns a single capture into the week’s output, with one editorial standard applied everywhere, so the founder’s voice survives the process instead of being flattened by it.

  • Capture: one recording session or writing block per week, structured for reuse.
  • Production: templates, a shot list and an editing pipeline that a small team can run.
  • Distribution: channel-specific cuts rather than one asset reposted four times.
  • Editorial engine: a documented voice guide plus a review step that catches drift.
  • What gets measured: qualified visits and replies, not impressions.

03

GTM Engineering

Outbound is a data problem wearing a sales costume. When the list, the enrichment, the sequence and the CRM are four separate systems, nobody can say which message produced which meeting. We build them as one, with the CRM as the only source of truth.

  • Prospect intelligence: a researched, deduplicated list with the evidence behind each record.
  • Outbound infrastructure: sending domains, warmup, sequencing, reply handling.
  • CRM automation: one write path, so a record is entered once and updated everywhere.
  • Attribution: every meeting traced back to the source that produced it.
  • Reporting built from the pipeline itself, not assembled in a spreadsheet afterwards.

What a build looks like.

Week one, we read the business: pipeline shape, win rates, where deals stall, what the last twelve months of content actually produced. By week two we’re building, and the first thing we ship is usually the one that removes manual work from the team.

Every build ends with a written system map: what runs, what it depends on, what breaks it, and how to run it without us.

Which layer is your constraint?

Most companies assume it’s the one they can already see. An assessment takes four minutes and usually moves the answer.
