Max Momentum is a small engineering-led team. We take on fifteen clients at a time and build the systems that generate demand, rather than renting you a retainer that generates reports.
How we work
Most growth work is sold as a service and delivered as a dependency. We do the opposite: the deliverable is infrastructure you own, documented well enough that your team can run it, change it and measure it without us in the room.
That means we write things down. Every build ships with a system map covering what runs, what it depends on, what breaks it and who to call when it does. If we disappeared tomorrow, the system would still work, and that’s the point.
We also don’t take work we can’t measure. If there’s no number that would tell us whether it worked, we’ll say so before the contract rather than after the invoice.

What we believe
Channels die. Systems compound. Every channel gets expensive eventually. A system that learns from its own data keeps getting cheaper to run.
One source of truth, or none. If two tools disagree about what happened, the team stops trusting both. We collapse those into one write path before we optimise anything.
Instrumented or it didn’t happen. A build ships with its measurement attached. We’d rather report a flat quarter than invent a good one.
Small teams, deep work. Fifteen clients is the ceiling on purpose. Beyond it, the work becomes account management.
What we are not
Not an agency selling hours. Not a marketing department for hire. Not a tool reseller with a services arm bolted on.
We don’t do brand identity, paid media buying or PR. When a build needs those, we say so and stay in our lane.
